Default Engine smoking white??

Based on the title you can guess on this one, but not certain yet. So unit started up finally and smoked white. I had placed some oil in the cylinders so this was expected. But it kept smoking, Checked the compression and all 3 cylinders are at 160PSI, so i don't think it is piston rings or valves.
What could cause this? Is it possibly a carb adjustment (will only stay running with choke pulled slightly even after warmed up). Could it be valve guides????? Any ideas? Could the spark plug wires to wrong cylinders do this? I only put them back as they were when i got the unit (not sure what previous owner did) and don't have much info on the plug alignment on this unit.

Update----Appears to be a blown head gasket or cracked block. With the radiator cap off, i took the air compressor and blew air into the cylinders. The #1 & #2 Cylinders push coolant out the radiator cap. #3 cylinder did not. Now not sure if it is a head gasket or cracked block or head. Now decision do i do this myself or send to the shop????

Well, doing myself. Pulled the head today. But do not see any apparent damage to the Head, Block or Head Gasket. Now I am stumped. I think the best thing now might be to through a new head gasket on it, along with new bolts and see what happens.

and yes putting the wrong spark plug wires on the wrong cylinders would be a problem but it would most likely not run so that is out of the question. and where is the smoke coming from the exhaust pipe or around the engine and if its around the engine is there any plastic or rubber touching the engine block or exhaust pipe. i have a atv that smoke white but it was because the bracket for the air cleaner had bent little and the air filter was resting on the muffler.
