any recommendations on the best tires for Ranger Crew, 30% trail and 70% street use.

If you're going to ride it that much on the street, a radial tire would be best. Might not want to go with something super aggressive either. My uncle's Gator 825i 4 door came with Bighorns as oem tires and he seems like them. I think his sees a similar amount of street use as well. Utvs are legal on secondary streets where he lives as I assume they must be where you live as well. I think the Bighorn radials would be a great choice. I think they would be a good all-around tire and last a long time.

 

If you want a nice smooth ride on the streets with decent tread for the trails I would advise the Maxxis Ceros. They are a heavy 6 ply tire. I have 2000 miles on mine and they are still about 70%

 

I had to look those up. They look more like a truck tire than an atv/utv tire. I can see why they do well on hardpack and pavement. Price is relatively reasonable for a radial as well. These Artrax CTX tires(very similar to bighorns) look like they would be a good choice as well and look to be a good value Artrax CTX Radial Tire | MotoSport.
