At that price, yes it's worth checking out at least according to nada and kbb trade in and retail prices listed. Could be a bargain or could be a money pit,but you won't know unless you try.

I saw a Grizzly 660 for less than that recently on my local cl. I'm always a bit skeptical when something is too cheap. At least the Sportsman doesn't run, the Grizzly supposedly just had cosmetic issues. And then you get fake ads like this one Yamaha 700 Grizzly. Automatic. 4WD. Nobody is selling a like new Grizzly 700 for that price.

Aww,he just forgot to mentioned that the 2000 was the equity money he wanted out of it and for you pay off the balance owed. Or if really scammers they just wanted your phone number as they would have already had your email if you responded.

Its almost laughable some of the craigslist ads I see. Its so obvious that they're fake. The decription many times doesn't even fit the item in the pic. Like it will say it has a certain kind of tires and you can clearly see that it has stock tires, for example. Or they point out weird features. Misspelled words are another scam alert. If a craigslist ad doesn't list a local phone number, I just ignore them. If you really want people to contact you, you give a phone number. Only giving an email is a sure way to get a ton of spam email in return, perhaps even a virus.

I always copy and paste CL ad titles and they almost always show all over US.
One of my favorites was a Ranger with a snow plow attachment and said locally owned and lightly used. Ha, not down here.
