Default Dangerous Chinese Wire Harness Eating Rats

I was at my Husqvarna dealer buying a new chain saw, as his crew was uncrating a CF Moto UTV. Rats had crawled under and into the crate and eaten all the wiring harness. Be on the lookout for giant Chinese wire eating rats.

Not just Chinese ones, I regularly get bikes with wiring eaten by English rats. Did a service on a Honda 350 yesterday and half the plug cap stayed on the plug when I pulled it off, rodents had eaten round the cap in a ring. The solenoid wires are a favorite with them, must taste better than the main loom.

Pretty sure rats have charts just like this, but of a wiring harness instead.

I know Belgians are fond of "musk rats". Friend of mine was stranded on an island that was held by the Japanese in WW2, said his boyhood skills snaring rabbits in Maine, saved his life, as he snared rats and cooked em over a fire. He said they were pretty tasty. The Japanese soldiers were starving, he was hiding in the jungle, eating high on the, er rat.
