i just got a 2000 500 quadrunner and am new to it i am a honda man up to now could it being out of line cause slack in the streering it has a little tie rods seem ok can you just tightting them up ? and how do they do on gas i like the power that it has are theytuff and do they do good in mud it has 5672 miles on it but it dont smoke or anything motor sounds great i traded a 2006 hondarancher 400 at to it i didnot like the auto on the honda had to many problems with them and it did nothave alotof power sorry so long one morething aretheygood in water sealed up pretty good? thanks guys

 

If your rod ends are loose on the bolt then you can tighten. if the loosness is in the ball joint itself, you need new.
I told my Honda dealer that except for a 450R I'm done w/Honda till they make a CVT...And they won't.
