My 230s came with a full DG pipe when I got it. The damn thing was so loud I traded it for a stock setup. Then I got looking around on ebay at street bike pipes since they have a ton of aftermarket systems for them. I found a NOS Jardine "sonicore" muffler for a great price. Sounds good, gives good power, and doesnt look out of place either. Heres a crappy camera video I took of it after I installed it. Carb hadnt really been tuned at this point, so excuse the smoke

The thing is cool since it is spiral wound on the inside. You can feel the exhaust blast 10+ feet away from the back of the quad. It actually spins the exhaust on the wayout so it comes out almost like a laser beam lol.

 

the center hose on the fuel pump should connect to the rubber grommet that connects your carburator to the cylinder head. the small tank under the odometer is a overflow tank for the gas tank. a hose should connect between that and the highest point tube connector on your gas tank.
