Default Carb rebuilt, now only runs on full choke---03 Ozark

Hi everybody,

After finding a puddle of gas under my quad, and gas in the oil, I decided to rebuild the Mikuni carb on my 2003 Suzuki Ozark 250.

I cleaned and then rebuilt the carb with a moose kit and followed the instructions in the Suzuki repair manual. I got the carb put back on today and now it will only run/drive with full choke. As soon as I unchoke it, it will sputter and die almost immediately.

Anybody have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

I am certain that the carb was clean when I put it back on so I don't think it could be debris in the jets.

Sounds like you either need to idle it up,the fuel screw(if adjustable) is not right,or you still have trash in the jets.
