stock banshee vs stock kfx 400
For those who feel the need to debate my numbers, notice i said appx and about, hoping that people would understand that "about" means "not exactly, but in the area of." Yes a stock banshee can make as much as 39, or as little as 36 depending on the exact engine specs and running conditions.
I dont remember saying anything about putting on a sprocket to make it go faster, so if you wanna go that way i can get a 15 tooth for a shee and a 38 rear and be in the area of 95mph. I was giving stock numbers which i believe are relatively accurate.

Ok, you were off before at 71, now youre sayin 75, you're dreaming. Maybe if you factor out rider weight, terrain conditions, altitude and wind resistance a z can pull 75 (MAYBE). Like maybe on a dyno on a perfect day with perfect jetting and the most finely tuned stock z. But, most of us dont ride on a dyno all day long, i dont care if my banshee goes 71 or 73 mph, one or two mph doesnt matter, as long as im having fun. (just for the record, 64 is pretty damn close on the Z)

craz400 that site cant factor in rider weight.... altitude, wind resistance, there is a lot there it doesnt know, sure ts neat and fun to look at what can happen but really, 71 on a stock? not in my book , but i slow everything down when i ride, im fat and act like a parachute for the atv.

I just went where that dumba$$ shee owner told me to go to figure it. Why come down on me, I didn't suggest the website. You guys are so freakin retarded that you can't even firgure out it was one of your own trying to be mr. smartguy to prove me wrong that brought about the whole 75mph figure in the first place. And sorry, but my z stock would run 70-71, and I weigh 185 fully geared. Besides, I don't see a single person disagreeing that has a kfx or z in there sig. HP, weight, and wind resistance has little to do with top speed, just how fast you get there. If you're hitting the rev limiter, and don't have any tire spin, then that math is right on. A car turning x rpms in y gear will do z mph regardless of how many of your fat a$$es it's hauling around. Now if I couldn't hit rev limiter in 5th, then it might be a different story. Argue physics and math with someone who isn't going to school for engineering, then you might sound like you know what you're talking about. Can anybody even tell me what the formula for figuring volocity is without a google search?
