Default Timberwolf carb ???

Can anyone tell me if the timberwolf series came with an electric choke??? If so what models and years???
I ask because I bought a fixer upper that is supposed to have a timberwolf motor in it. It has the electric choke. But it has the throttle cable for the manual choke jerry rigged on the side mount armature. The electric choke has a plug in for it and I get power there when I crank it.
This carb needs everything replaced in it. Can I do away with the electric and get a manual lever choke carb??? and just leave this one unplugged???

Thanks for the help!!!

Every Timberwolf I have ever worked on has a manual choke. I don't believe there was a timberwolf with an electronic choke. Manual choke works very well.

Manual. Found Yamaha snowmobile parts (cable & lever) interchanged with my 97. I have the clymers' and none of the years show electric.
