94 wolverine won't start
My 94 wolverine just backfires. The timing was off so I went to adjust and lined the "T" mark up on the flywheel with the line in threads and the cam gear mark up with the mark on the motor, but its not at TDC when its all lined up. The exhaust pipe sucks air and the carb blows gas out towards the air box. Sheared flywheel key maybe? Neep help ASAP.

It was running fine then all of a sudden it just died. Tried to start it back up and it was wanting to start but just backfired really bad. After trying to put it back in time with all the marks lined up and noticed something wasn't right when then piston wasn't at TDC no matter if you turned the crank a full revolution or not. So I put the piston at TDC and lined the cam gear up and still nothing. I've built many gsx-r motors and never had this much trouble.
