Grizzly 350 4X4 Engine Locked

This atv also has an wet clutch not just an belt type clutch..I have had photo number 2 in post above shoes come apart an lock engine to drum so yes it can happen..Im not saying thats your problem just giving Ideals before engine teardown...Good Luck

Also piston can seize in cylinder with oil in engine from high speed riding....Guess may have to just take each step slow an see what may find....

Cam chain could have came off also from high speed riding cause engine to jump time and the values are hitting each other or hitting piston.Good Luck

Thank you sir!! So that could lock the engine not allowing the motor to start?

Yeah could be possible...There alot of great Ideals...was cltuch or engine noisey before the lock down? if the wet clutch was noisey then couldbe,,,if engine noisey then could be alot of things mention...Guess I would look at spark plug color an get back with us here,,Maybe take photo an post it here. then we go from there,

Engine was not noisy at all. This is what is mind boggling. Suppose to be in the 50's I will pull the plug and let you know what I find.

I did not know a CVT can also have a wet clutch.

Yes most Yamahas does...Did you TLC look at the photo I posted?

Well it's been a bit but we are back at it.....here is the plug. This is as far as I have gotten besides the engine oil

You can speculate all day long, but ten to one it is a fault that can be found by removing the head.
