Holz Racing Products drivers competed last weekend in Rd. 6 of the Rocky Mountain MC World Off-Road Championship Series in beautiful Cedar City, Utah. Iron Mine Off Road Park played host and provided all competitors with an awesome race track but mother nature had other plans. Heavy rain fell during practice on Friday and Saturday leaving the racing surface muddy and slick as the drivers took the line. In the SxS Pro main event RJ Anderson appeared unfazed by the weather as he dominated the field to bring home the win and inch closer to first place in the points.

Beau Baron, also competing in SXS Pro, had a slower start but showed his speed, working through the pack all the way to 4th place. Even without a podium Beau still finds himself in third place for the points championship. In SXS Pro Stock Ryan Holz had a standout performance, coming from a mid pack start to a 3rd place podium spot with Collins Webster right behind him in 4th and Josh Frederick in 6th.

Brian Cernius put together a great run in the SXS 1000 Stock class taking home the overall win and setting the fastest lap. In the SXS 1000 class Mike Gardner kept up his winning ways, taking home another first place trophy and extending his points lead.

The SXS Unlimited race found a couple of the Holz Racing drivers pulling double duty. Mickey Thomas battled hard and earned a third place podium position, while Ryan Holz and Josh Frederick completed their second main event of the weekend, an impressive feat especially in the cold, muddy conditions, in 4th and 6th place respectively.

The fast ladies of team Holz Racing Products proved their mettle once again in Utah as Shelby Anderson took home her third consecutive win the the SXS 900 class along with the fast lap award, adding to her points lead once again. Danielle Weatherly had her own great run and found herself atop the Powder Puff Podium for the 4th time in as many rounds, followed by her Holz teammate Savannah Brooks in 2nd.

With 5 firsts, 8 total podiums and four fast lap awards, Cedar City was an exceptional round for the Holz Racing Products team. The drivers will take to the track again July 31st-Aug 2nd in Straddeline, WA for Rd. 7. The Desert team will be prepping and testing to take on the BITD General Tire Vegas 2 Reno August 13-15.
