Definitely not how this is supposed to work.

Ideally your ATV’s snorkel should be sucking air from the atmosphere and delivering it directly to your engine’s intake so that your machine can run underwater.

Somewhere along the way things went sideways for this guy. We do suppose it would keep the rider cool on a hot summer’s day, though.
