Dear ATVC: I have a Kawasaki KLT250 Prairie and can use a wiring diagram. Also is it possible to purchase an aftermarket CDI box for this make and model?

While Kawasaki ceased production on OEM issued CDI boxes long ago for this model, there are still some new old stock floating around the internet. Trouble is, they’re rare and merchants know it. We’ve seen them going for over $500.
The good news is indeed the aftermarket has your back. We were able to locate an aftermarket unit here brand new on eBay for $18 / free shipping. For that price we’d pick up a couple of them.
