Polaris is usually a brand known for making sure parts for its models are available for many years prior to production run termination and there’s usually enough units out there to warrant aftermarket support as well.
That being said, take a look at this diagram from Babbitt’s Polaris PartsHouse – it is a complete breakdown of your master cylinder assembly complete with all of the OEM part numbers. Your master cylinder is a 14mm unit, part # 1911218
As you stated, it seems the OEM units are pretty well sold out everywhere but eBay’s got the hook up on a very affordable compatible aftermarket assembly here brand new for $18.95 / free shipping. Given how difficult it’s becoming to track these things down, we’d consider ordering two of them
