Ask the Editors: Suzuki Fuel Line Assistance
Dear ATVC: Does anyone know how to run the fuel lines for the 86 LT230 Suzuki? I got the new motor and a rolling quad without fuel lines on it and I don’t know where to route all of them? vendetta230
Your best bet would be to pick up a Clymer or similar shop manual but if you don’t have access to either, here are rough schematics to the 1986 LT230. As you can see, there aren’t too many fuel lines to be worried about, the runs from the fuel tank to the carb are fairly short and simplistic as are the vent hoses. Hope this helps!
