Dear ATVC: Please help! I am trying to locate a part but don’t know what it is I’m looking for.
In situations like this there is really no such thing as too much information. We wish to be as helpful as possible with things like purchase links and part numbers but without things like the brand, model and year make such things nearly impossible. For that matter, we’re not even positive which part in the enclosed pic you are trying to identify. Assuming it’s the piece we’ve added the arrow pointing to, that would be the reverse gearbox for your ATV’s transmission.
By the looks of it, we’re assuming this is a small-bore Chinese GY6 powered automatic? The part can usually be purchased new from a reputable online distributor for roughly $75- $99.
