Ask the Editors: Wiring a Coolster 110
The Coolster 110.
Dear ATVC: I’ve been trying to repair my son’s Coolster 110 3050D for a long time. The wiring harness is missing plugs and I don’t know how to wire it . There’s some steps that are on here but I still can’t comprehend without pictures. Can someone please give the steps along with pictures. For example, the wires coming from the stator go to what and how without the plug? My son is 13 now and growing out of the 4-wheeler and I’d love to have it ready as a gift this year. Thanks to all.
Good news – the Coolster 110, like just about every other Chinese quad, is a copy and paste machine – meaning, it doesn’t matter what brand we’re talking, they have been built of the same mold. That also means parts can be pretty easily obtained and tutorials apply to one and all.
