Generally speaking, the new ATV model year is a fall-time affair. Leaves are changing, football is on TV and the ATV manufacturers are looking ahead toward the dead of winter when the calendar flips from one year to the next. It’s an exciting, albeit overwhelming couple months for sure.

Canada’s Can-Am is shaking up convention by finally challenging the long-standing tradition of dropping new models just as the off-season is starting by using spring as their platform to bring out the 2015s. Even more impressive is that they’ve got a few brand new models sprinkled within the line.

Can-Am has introduced many new products to their already impressive 2015 ATV & SxS model lineup including the value priced Can-Am Outlander L models, which is available as Outlander L 450 and Outlander L 500. Can-Am is also offering the Outlander L MAX with 2 Up configuration.

Also, new for 2015 is the Can-Am Outlander 6×6 model lineup with an Outlander 6×6 1000 XT and Outlander 6×6 650 XT. In additon to these all-new Can-Am models, CanAm also brings make the Can-Am Outlander 800R x MR Package for 2015 along with updating many other 2015 Can-Am Outlander, Renegade, Maverick, and Commander models.

The all new 2015 Can-Am Outlander 6×6 XT is the toughest, most versatile ATV we’ve ever made. New to the North American Can-Am ATV lineup, the 6×6 is available with either the proven-and-potent 62-HP Rotax V-Twin 650 or the unmatched 82-hp, liquid-cooled Rotax 1000 V-Twin. Both Outlander 6×6 models were influenced by the four-wheeled SST G2 Outlander 4×4, but features an additional set of rear wheels, a unique, new Double Torsional Trailing arm Independent (TTI2) rear suspension, quick-release sway bar, Dual-Level cargo box with modular accessories, the largest towing capacity of any Can-Am ATV and a 3,000-pound WARN winch standard. For getting the job done, there’s nothing like the Outlander 1000 6×6 XT.

Complete with an unprecedented five-year extended warranty, CVT and steel racks, the Outlander L models come with either an all-new 38-HP liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Rotax four-stroke or the established 46-HP liquid-cooled, SOHC Rotax V-Twin engine.
