LINE-X and Polaris Team Up on Dagor
Meet DAGOR.

LINE-X has teamed up with Polaris to build one of the most unique powersports vehicles ever to appear at SEMA 2017. The Polaris DAGOR ultra-light tactical off-road vehicle — usually only available to the United Stated Department of Defense and allied militaries across the globe — is now debuting for the general public as a civilian concept vehicle. The “demilitarized” concept DAGOR will make its dramatic appearance in LINE-X booth #34113.

Currently in use by United States military forces, the DAGOR has proven performance and durability in the most challenging environments on earth. The concept DAGOR shares a similar engine and chassis, but has several machined components and is coated in LINE-X ULTRA, the company’s top-shelf specialty automotive coating designed to withstand impacts, scratches and abrasions – as well as deliver unique textures and full UV protection. The concept DAGOR also features one-of-a-kind machined doors, roof and tailgate designed by famed custom and concept vehicle designer, Kenny Pfitzer, and his Zero to 60 Designs shop.

“LINE-X has deep support and respect for the United States Armed Forces — many of our leadership team, employees and franchisees are veterans themselves,” said Dennis Weese, president of LINE-X. “That is why we are thrilled to collaborate with Polaris on this project — taking a truly battlefield-tested, trusted tactical vehicle and evolving it into an extraordinary new off-road vehicle concept for SEMA. We look forward to the reaction of showgoers as they get to see, feel and touch an extreme civilian version of a machine — with new levels of protection through its LINE-X coatings — that’s only been available to military organizations.”
