Meet The Shadow Six – The Most Unusual SxS You’ll See Today

Alright, we’ll admit it – when photos of this machine leaked, we were sure it was some Photoshop user’s idea of an April Fool’s joke. A SxS not with wheels but instead jet-skis! It was certainly unconventional.
However, the Typhoon is real, fills a gap in the “all” designation of all-terrain vehicle and you, dear reader, can purchase one.
Shadow Six classifies the Typhoon as an AUV – that’s Aquatic Utility Vehicle and says it is the first of its kind ever offered.
Delivering the power to those unique pontoons are twin four-cylinder supercharged Yamaha GP1800 SCHO R engines mated to a 37 gallon tank. That body is a custom built reinforced carbon composite and titanium racing hull and there’s room for 1-3 passengers inside.
If the videos on the site are any indicator, watch out! This thing can move.
As for the downside, you’ve got to pay to play and this time of high-performance, custom built tech doesn’t come cheap. Shadow Six will built you one for $250,399. Ouch. But on the plus side, you can be assured you’ll be the only one on your block (and maybe state) to have one.
