We want to scoff at this one but then again who hasn’t seen a mobility scooter putting along and thought I wonder what that chassis is truly capable of?

Mechanics David Anderson and Mathew Hine thought the same thing, only unlike the rest of us, they intended on finding out. Designed to open up at 8mph in stock trim, these guys transplanted the electric motor for a 4-cylinder liquid cooled ‘Zook motorcycle engine good for around 80hp. The end result? Well we wouldn’t want to be the ones test riding this thing but they did get it up to 107mph:
