Summer’s upon us and your ATV Connection editors are, like always, searching out the good deals on SprocketList to help make some warm weather rides a reality.

That said, this week’s ad takes us to a place called Louisville, CO.

According to the listing this is a second owner 1989 SCAT 2 Hovercraft that was built in Miami, and made its way all the way to Colorado in the 90s.

• 1-2 Person Max Capacity
• Rotax 277 Light Aircraft Engine (26 HP)
• Top Speed: UNKNOWN
• New Drive Belt (that was a trick to find)
• Skirts in moderate condition
• Jetted for CO Altitude (although the blades could probably be tweaked to optimize performance)

It also comes with a perfectly sized trailer that folds in half should you remove the Hovercraft and wish to store it separate.

“Truthfully, it’s sad to sell it at all – but alas it needs a new home as we can no longer store it. I would rather it go to someone as excited about it than to a field somewhere to fade and rot.”

The seller is asking $8,500, isn’t currently seeking trades but will accept cash or PayPal.
