According to the listing this is a 1987 Kawasaki Tecate 4 (250cc 2-stroke) from Southern California.

“Used only on the dunes never been muddy. Has been covered since new. Low hours comes with dune tires and original muffler, pink California title and all dealership docs.”

Low production number rarities in this condition don’t come cheap, though, and this one is no exception. The lister is asking $12,000 and isn’t seeking trades.
