Are you having trouble with the stock cdi our250t?

Or looking for a high performance cdi?

yes i realy need to get more out of it. i know should of bought a bigger bike. but looking back it realy felt like our 150cc was doing 40 - 45 mph
so when i ordered the 250's they claimed 60+++ i could realy see that happening. but after a real check of top speed the 150cc was only going 33 mph and real world top speed of our 250t's are 45 and 48. i know it will never run as fast as the 400ex we picked up for our son which is piped , jetted with a sprocket change, but there has to be more in a 250cc. so i was hoping to maybe change the cdi this year and get sprockets over winter.. so any help is alway's appreciated....
this is what my son looks like riding his ex and this is me

our250t, I didnt think you would mind me moving this over here...If you do I can move it back..This thread is a good example of how I see this forum being used...

our250t has bought a Chinese quad and now would like a bit more performance out of it...Perfectly normal reaction to buying almost anything with horse power as far as Im concerned...

I have spent thousands of dollars on my toys over the last 38 years Ive been riding...Easy to do if you have the money and have bought a toy made in Japan...not so easy to do if you bought a Chinese quad. The way I look at it there are 2 things that make it difficult..

1) You didnt spend a lot of money on the Chinese toy to begin with, certainly not going to spend a lot to modify it..

2) And there arent a lot of hop up items that will directly bolt onto a Chinese quad..

Thats is where this section can come into play. As people try different things...maybe modifying a used exhaust from a 250 Honda...or getting used shocks off of a Japanese quad on ebay and posting the response here..

our250t did you ever find a new CDI box? It would be interesting to see how if affected your top speed.
