I have a 110cc that when the ATV is not turned on, my voltage meter reads 12.47 volts. When I turn the key on but do not start the ATV, the battery draws down quickly to 9.7, 8.6, etc until it reaches the 6.o area then draws very slowly. Does this mean I have a bad battery?

If the battery has a fresh charge and then does that...Id say the battery is no good under a load...Id replace it..
