dinli 50 won't start

dinli 50 won't start

was getting hard to start i have cleaned carb checked plug,filter. last time it started we had to manually choke the carb with my hand and hold throttle open it finally started now nothing works. any suggestions?

FYI: a Dinli isn't chinese. They are a high quality Tiawanese product.

I'd do a compression test. I bet it's low.
