Welcome to the forum petebrandt!

Assembly instructions are pretty hard to come by.. even if you bought it new. Im made assy instructions for a Jetmoto 200 a 4 years ago...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tools needed for assy are a 8,10,13,and 14 mm wrench and or sockets. A 10-12inch crescent wrench would be nice and a phillips screwriver too.
A tube of blue loctite will insure you dont lose any bolts.

I would put the front/wheels and tie rods on first and then do the rear wheels.
1. Front end
Tie rods first then upper shock bolts. Use cotter pins in Tie rod end.
(Tools needed 13/14 loctite)

2. You will now need the bag of bolts/parts to install the front
wheels. You
will need the 8 larger bolts and these should get blue loctite. The tires
are directional so look for the arrows to make sure they are going the right
direction. (Will be easier with a 13mm socket and socket wrench but could be
done w/ wrench) (valve stems facing out)

3. Rear tires next. The Rear tires come mounted to the hubs but you should
check the bolts for tightness and install the 8 large nuts w/ loctite on the
back of the wheel bolt

3.5. Remove the large cotter pin nut and washer from each side of the rear
axle and mount the tires. The nut can be tightened with a 3/16 socket or a
large crescent wrench. Install the cotter pin axle and bend over the ends so
the cotter pin can't fall out. Push rubber caps on wheel hub, they are in
the parts bag.

4. Mounting handle bars. You will need the handle bar clamps and 4
bolts
fromt he parts bag. The clutch cable and wiring from the left side of
the
handle bar will need to be un wound before mounting the handle bar in
the
clamp. Center handle bar in clamp. Use loctite on these 4 bolts,
tighten the
2 in front first, then the rear 2. Now mount the front brake lever to
the
right side of the handle bar. You will need a 8mm socket/wrench for this.

5. Before jumping ahead now is a good time to put loctite on all the
bolts/screws that hold down the plastic. Once all the bolts/screws are
removed from the plastic. (There are (11) bolts/screws holding plastic on)
you can get to the screw on the clamp that holds on the air filter. You
don't need to remove the plastic. Just lift it up to get to the phillips
head screw on the clamp holding the air filter on. (11 bolts 6 under seat 4
to frame 2 holding front 1/2 to rear 1/2 piece 5 holding the front 1/2
on)

6. Air filter. The Air filter is "K&N Type" AND IS NOT OILED FROM THE
FACTORY. This is a very important step for the life of the engine. Use K&N
Oil or motor oil if K&N oil is not available. (Motor oil will drain off in a
few weeks and need to be reapplied). Spray on K&N Filter oil should be
available at a major auto parts store. (When re installing air filter put
the clamp screw on the side so it can be reached without removing
plastic next time.)

7. Using loctite on all the bolts/screws that hold on the plastic is very
important and it wouldn't hurt on most of the bolts on the whole quad.

I would loctite all the smaller fasteners, those that take a 8,10 or 12 mm wrench
And While plastic is off 2 bolts on rear brake master cylinder.
1 bolt on rear brake fluid res 1 bolt on gas on/off valve.9 holding plastic to frame and 2 bolts holding supports to fram under front
fender. (3 bolts on back of Tb and 2 on reflectors 1 on back 2 from parts
bag and the 2 bolts holding cooling fan 2 frame.)

8. Once all bolts are loctited and plastic in place. Put the air filter back
on with the clamp screw either on the side or the bottom so it can be
accessed without removing the plastic.

9. Head light assy. you will need to find the wires for the headlights they
should be down around the front of the cooling fan behind the upper front
shock mounts. The head light assy it self is attached to the quad by 2 tabs
in the front and 2 screws/rubber washers and nut clips from the parts bag.
Squeeze the nut clips together and place 1 on each side of the plastic body
under/in front of the handle bar while looking under the front to get the 2
tabs lined up and in the slots in the plastic body use the 2 screws/ rubber
washers to fasten the head light cowling
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The handle bar mount cover clips on the hb with the rn lights facing rider the handle
bar
mount cover neesd to have the correct wiring light bulbs installed.
They are 2 sets of 2 wires with a bulb on the end should be hanging below
handle bar one will be 1 black wire with a green wire with red stripe goes to
"n" light. Green wire with blues goes to "r" light.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10. The front bumper goes on with the loop on top use the last 4 bolts
from the parts bag with loctite. Take the time to bend the ID tags around
the frame. They are soft and will bend easily

11. Fill engine with approx 1 qt of 10w40 oil

12. The battery needs to be filled with electro lite. The instructions for this
are with the battery

13. Pre Ride Adjustments:

1. Chain play 4 15mm bolts and 2 12/14 nuts. The chain is set up very tight
on these from the factory and needs to be loosened. you can do this by lossening the
4 bolts on the rear axle carrier that use a 17mm wrench. Then you need to remove the
washers from the adjuster bolts and back them off and apply loctite to the nuts to
keep them from falling off. The chaion will eventually stretch and need to be tightened
again later.

2. Clutch lever cable behind pipe by cylinder. There needs to be approx 1/4"
of play in the clutch lever. It can be loosened or tightend by adjusting the nuts in the
clutch cable behind the exhaust pipe on the right side of the engine.

3. Throttle lever adjuster in cable, there should be a little play in the throttlr
and this can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the nut built into the throttle cable.

4. Front wheels alignment. If the front wheels are not facing forward when the handle bars are facing forward the the tie rods need to be adjusted. This can be done by loosening the nuts at each end of the tie rod and spinning the center section to move the tire in or out. this may be needed for on or both sides.
14. Install battery 1 green wire to - negative side of battery. 2 red wires
to + positived side of battery. Tighten the bolts so that the wires are
sticking out the side of the battery. Push the 2nd red wire tab thru the red
cap so cap can cover battery connections. Place battery in quad with wires
in the back and strap down battery with rubber strap. Install seat by
locating the front of it and pushing forward and down on the back of the seat.

Starting the quad:

Fill tank with gasoline
Place a drain pan under quad to catch gas that will drip from over flow for
the first 10 minutes. It is important to just let the quad sit and
idle for about 10 minutes without riding it. There is a gel pack in the carb
to protect the float bowl during shipment. IT needs to dissolve for carb to
function properly. You may need to adjust the idle to get the engine to run on its own.
It is located on the right side of the carb under the plastic. It
has a spring under it and turned clockwise increases idle.
When sitting on the quad. On the left side of the handle bar is the clutch lever, the engine
stop/run/fan o switch and below that the e-start button. The choke **** is located
on the left front fender and the key goes in the right front fender. The right side if the handle bar has the throttle lever and the front brake lever. Turn on the key and pull up on the choke ****. The choke is spring loaded and needs to be held on. Push the e-start button while holding up on the choke ****.
The quad should at least try to start. For the next try dont pull the choke **** all the way up, maybe 3/4 and try again. When the quad starts use the throttle to keep the engine running at a high idle for approx 10 minutes before trying to put it in gear and ride it away.
