The middle piece of my axle moves alot and my show rear wheel Axle moves side to side
any idea what the piece is called? (the middle piece of the Axle)

i have no idea, i will have to take a picture of it or somthing. but i can see alot of rubber expsosed beside it and a metal ring.. only on the left side of the axle so it prob is my bearings.
not sure why there is rubber circle pieces and what not though

The rubber pieces are more than likely the seal..

First, make sure the axle nut is tight. If the axle stil has a lot of play, then the bearings are almost certainly shot. They are not hard to replace, but may require some real encouragement to drive them out. Typically you will have a set of bearings on either side of the bearing carrier, and a rubber dust seal(that rubber you see) outside each bearing race.

Pretty straight forward...Start from the out side and work your way in.. remove wheels/tires/hub, axle spacer if it has one..Remove the double locked nuts from each side. remove sprocket and disc hubs and the axle should slide out from 1 side.. Bearing may need to be pressed/hammered out of the swing arm..

Not off hand...Id pull the bearings out and match them up at a bearing supply house..Should have a number on them or they can be measured.
