Are the nuts on the outside of the sprocket and disc tight? If they are Id think your bearings are shot.

The rubber pieces are more than likely the seal..

First, make sure the axle nut is tight. If the axle stil has a lot of play, then the bearings are almost certainly shot. They are not hard to replace, but may require some real encouragement to drive them out. Typically you will have a set of bearings on either side of the bearing carrier, and a rubber dust seal(that rubber you see) outside each bearing race.

Pretty straight forward...Start from the out side and work your way in.. remove wheels/tires/hub, axle spacer if it has one..Remove the double locked nuts from each side. remove sprocket and disc hubs and the axle should slide out from 1 side.. Bearing may need to be pressed/hammered out of the swing arm..

That is the problem with the Chinese stuff. You may have to dig around to get that info. You may get lucky and still be able to get some measurements once they are out.

Not off hand...Id pull the bearings out and match them up at a bearing supply house..Should have a number on them or they can be measured.
