I've had better luck on just replacing those chinese carbs. Well worth the $14 shipped most of them are.

Ok, if you crank it & simultaneously spray a small amount of starter fluid into the intake & she fires up, you have a fuel delivery issue. I.e. Carb not flowing gasoline to piston & ready to be rebuilt or replaced
