brakes stuck
I recently removed the rear axle from my kids Gio 110 and while figuring out how to get it back on I let out some brake fluid. I eventually got it back on and bled the lines of air.
Now after squeezing the brake a few times the brake is "stuck". That is, it is squeezing the rotor a bit enough to be a problem.
How can I adjust this and set the brake up properly?

The reason I lost brake fluid is tha I didn't know what I was doing! I pulled the rear brake off the rotor so that I could get the rear swing arm on my work bench and try to remove what was left of the bushings. When I went to put it back on the brake pads were closed up and I couldn't fit them over the rotor. I thought letting out some brake fluid would help. I eventually opened it up and put it back on, then topped on the brake fluid resevoir.
