i have a 110cc mini hummer and has no spark.... but when i ground it out to the block i dont have spark but when i pull it away from the block it gets spark and jumps the gap and jumps to ground..... i have never heard of a problem like this but my mini hummer is nothing but problems with spark.... i must add.. the previous wiring harness was replaced with a new one

 

It sounds like the insulator inside the spark plug is cracked. Have you tried a new plug?
