Default Need Major HELP, Please!!!

Bought a 90cc frame put a '06 Buyang 50cc motor into frame. Motor fits fine and I have all parts for the wiring harness, but the wires have been cut. I desperately need a wiring diagram or if someone could tell me which wire goes where. Just looking to get it running, not in need of alarms or emerg. cut offs....etc.

Thank you!!!!!

Sir, it looks like spaghetti, but just start at the battery ground and work your way around. the colors are listed on the left hand column. DON'T hook up the positive until you've check your work at least three times. since you have the wires loose, it might help to lay everything out on a sheet of cardboard, taping the wires and connectors down where the would go. One thing at a time, patience.

You need a voltmeter.
You have to make sure that volataage is going from the battery to the next connection. A bad wire, loose connector or a wire in the wrong place can cause problems. You have to check each lead. Also, make sure you use connectors when fixing cut wires, not just twisting them. I use crimp connectors.

Default good idea

A voltmeter is fine and dandy if you have one handy. They can get kind of expensive. Gut the problem. BTW most places like Autozone will charge nominal fee for a loan however.

Meters were expensive once upon a time. Today they are dirt cheap:

7 Function Digital Multimeter

There is no excuse for not having a meter at your disposal .

The above link to a sales add will go away in a week or so. For those coming later by search engine just go to:

http://www.harborfreight.com

and search for "voltmeter".

think twice before you bad mouth Harbor Freight. sure they have some items that are borderline cheap, but they do have several tools that are great and sturdy, long lasting. i've bought many a tool or accessory from them, and still using them several years later.
