I just bought a used 2008 110cc panther and it would not idle so i adjusted the carb. and it ran good. Me and my daughter hit a mud puddle and it shut off now it want crank up at all unless you have the choke fully on but you cant drive it like that any suggestions

 

take the carb off and give it a thorough cleaning. check the color of the spark plug when you pull it off also. what color is the prong? let's start with those two items.
