I just bought a used 2008 110cc panther and it would not idle so i adjusted the carb. and it ran good. Me and my daughter hit a mud puddle and it shut off now it want crank up at all unless you have the choke fully on but you cant drive it like that any suggestions

 

pull your carb off and give it a thorough cleaning. jets, float, ensure hoses and jets are not plugged. very proper operation/position of choke. let us know.

 

sounds like u may have sucked in a gasket or there is contamination within the carb if u are experinced with vehicles this is an easy task. if not take to certified mechanic or repair tech to get it cleaned and rebuilt.
