need help with my 200cc GIO beast motor!!
Hey, im having sum trouble with my GIO beast motor, i rode my beast till it died then stupidly literaly CUT the motor out of the frame and tossed out all the electrical . and now i have recently fixed what was wrong with the motor and started to make a go kart with the motor and wheels ...ect, the conector is gone off the wires from the stator and i need sum help wireing it up so it will run again, if anyone has any ideas bout if i need the CDI or rectifier for it to run or how to help me out let me know A.S.A.P. thx

Yes, of course you need all that stuff.
1) You'll need a Battery, in line fuse, CDI, kill switch, coil, and a starter solenoid to get the thing to start up with a screwdriver short across the solenoid.
2) You'll need a regulator to keep the battery charged up, heat the auto choke into running at normal air/fuel ratios (if you have an autochoke), power the fans (if your quad is liquid cooled), and run any lights.
3) Finally you will need a start button to start up the quad normally with a switch instead of a screwdriver.
This is a fairly big job. That is why I divided it into 3 projects above so you can tackle one at a time. There is no sense worrying about project 2 or 3 if you can't get the quad to start in project 1. You'll need lots of wire, soldering skills, and a meter. You up to this?
How many wires are coming out of your stator? What are the colors?
