Default Kazuma 250cc no power

The quad will start first try and can idel for hours fine. On flat land it will move ( feels theres missing power ) but under any load ( slight hills ) it spudders and wont move just buck like its trying. sometimes it will stahl but if you let it sit for a few min. it will start right up. I have had problems with it doing the same things before and when i would change the CDI it would be fine for awhile . i Have replaced the CDI many times. I'm wondering now if i have been over looking the real problem. I tryed replacing the CDI with a proformance one and it wont even start. I put a new cheap replacment in it and it started up. Not sure if that helps. Any ideas would be great thanks
