can barely turn flywheel by hand, the starter cant spin it and its a new starter. The starter spins when not on the chain but when hooked up it cant turn the motor over. shouldnt i be able to spin flywheel by hand? Which way do i spin it counter clockwise? its a sunl 90cc i think

 

Make sure it is out of gear if it is manual,you should be able to turn it by hand.

 

Its fully automatic with only electric start. Do i turn it clockwise or counter

 

Clockwise i think thts wht i used on my old bike
