Taotao 110 Overheated
#1
The other day my tractor got stuck in the mud so I tried to get it out with my little four wheeler however i guess it was too much stress and My four wheeler started burning and smoking and smelled horrible. I immediately shut it off and it made a bunch of sounds and sounded like water was running through it and it smelled horrible. Today I changed the oil because it was burnt and chunky. Is there anything else I should check or replace. I already ordered a new dipstick because it melted.

I think you burned up the clutch. It shares the same oil as the engine. Hopefully the "chunks" didn't cause other problems in the engine.
There is a screen somewhere in 110cc quads that catches large bits in the oil stream. Normally no one ever looks at this, but in your case you may want to see if it is full of clutch debris or other stuff.
I don't know how to get at this screen. I don't have a 110cc quad, and have never done this. Others will hopefully fill in the details on how to do this.
