valve adjustment

I need instructions on how to adjust the valves on my 200cc & 250cc quad engines. They are the CG engines on Hi Birds which I believe are Honda clones. I've had them for over 3 years & haven't done this. Thank you for your help.

there's a lot of videos on youtube that'll show you step by step.
