Tao tao 2008, Ata110 quad
Carberator adjustment: My 2008 Tao tao 110 quad,wont stay running, I turned both screws until they stopped then turned the air mixture screw 2 full turns back and the fuel/idle screw 1/4 turn to 1/2 turn back, it will idles ok, but give it throttle and it cuts out and dies bike only has 10 hrs riding time?

your jets look a lot like this pic. clean the orifices that you see very well. if you have an oxy/acetylene torch tip cleaner pack, that works well for rodding out the orifices. have carb cleaner, aerosal can, and compressed air if available. 90% of the time when a quad bogs down during throttle operation, the jets are dirty and the quad starves for fuel. also check the fuel tank and make sure it's vented, if it's got a hose coming out of the tank lid, make sure it ain't plugged. check the choke for proper operation, and make sure the air filter is clean. change out the fuel filter also-add a fuel filter if the quad ain't got one. that'll help keep your fuel clean for the carb. let us know.

BTW, there's plenty of videos on youtube if you don't know how to clean a carb. search for MIKUNI carb cleaning. below is an example that should help you out. i personally don't recommend using a drill to run the screwdriver. i do it manually.
