Purchased this unit and the chain came off one day. We put the chain back on and it rode fine for a few days. Now all of a sudden here are the symptoms: The rear wheels and chain drive move when the unit is manually pushed, but only the drive mechanism rotates when the accelerator is pushed. It will not engage the drive sprocket? HELP!!!!!!!!! Also if you recommend parts, can you suggest where to get them from?

I'm not quite understanding your symptoms, are you saying the engine revs but it does not move? Or are you saying the shaft spins inside the front sprocket? Once determined, I can glady assist you with parts if needed. Thanks

the vision drive will move only when you manually push the machine. If you try to give it has while in gear, it barely moves. Clutch?

Sounds like a clutch failure. We would be happy to assist you with obtaining the correct parts, but we will need further information about your machine. Our contact information is listed on our website.

One of the most common reasons for clutch failure stems from using the wrong type of oil. These units require the use of wet clutch compatible oil to avoid damage to your components. This may not be true in your case, but it's always worth mentioning. If you would like further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Thanks !
