110 cc ATV no start
#1
Turns over fine, has spark and is getting fuel but will not fire. I did a clean on the carb but still no go. Long story short who ever assembled the bike had mounted the ground wire to the crank case and stripped the bolt that they used so it came loose. Then we started having problems starting it and that's when I noticed that the bolt holding the ground was loose and striped because I seen sparks. I re-grounded the wire properly and ever since it will not start yet we have spark and fuel. Anybody have any ideas.

Are you getting a good spark from the boot or the plug itself? If it still has a Chinese plug, try switching to an NGK CR7HSA.
If you are sure fuel is getting to the cylinder but it still won't start, you may want to check your compression or take a look at your valve lash. If you're not sure the fuel is making it into the cylinder, you could always try putting a small amount in there to see if it will start that way.
