everything is good new cdi new ignition coil and battery wants to turn over but no spark got head lights but no spark.

 

lets start with the basics on this one. I dont know how much you know, it could be more than me but i'll start

1 verify that you dont have spark. did you pull plug out and try to start and see no spark? (it will have to be touching the motor to ground it)

2 make sure the kill switches are in working order and not stuck in the closed possition.

3 are you sure the coils are good. (just because something is new doesn't mean it can't be bad)

4 try another spark plug

5 is the spark pulg wet with fuel when you pull it out after you have tried to start it
