Bought new carb for kazuma falcon 110cc doesnt fit

Question Bought new carb for kazuma falcon 110cc doesnt fit

here are some pics with the new one on and it does not have the black gasket on because with it it does not fit i do not know what to do
any solutions or is it not even possible to make it work?
also the diameter of the new one is a little bigger then the old one and the hole on the intake manifold pipe is smaller?
HELP im lost here are some pics of the new one on it with out the gasket and the old one off of it

well, if they won't take the carb back as a refund or trade in, do they have another intake with thinner flanges or is taller? just trying to figure out a way to shim up or back away.

Buy the correct one. It will save you lots of time trying to n******** rig it
