I have a 06 Roketa ATV04 RTK250w Atv, with the water cooled honda clone motor in it. It's got the PZ30 carb.

For some reason it won't idle correctly. I've changed the carb twice, changed spark plug, adjusted the valve lash. Drained the fuel, cleaned the fuel tank, replaced the fuel lines, cleaned carbs out, everything. It idles like ***.

The Symptoms:
Starts sometimes with choke, sometimes without choke. Idles high, then goes low, sometimes so low it dies, then idles higher again. Adjusting the air mix screw does not result in much difference unless I turn it a full turn!

I tried to jiggle wires to see if there was a bad connection, checked to see if the ignition timer was loose but I can't seem to find anything wrong with any of the parts. What do I do?????

 

Air leak in the carb boot.
