Yamoto 110 rear end issues
Hi all - great forum!
I acquired an abused yamoto 110 quad recently. Motor seized, no good. I swapped a jialing 125 motor in, got the clutch rigged up and tweaked the kick starter so it cleared the frame.
When i got it running, it became clear that something is very wrong with the rear end....almost like the gear inside is missing some teeth. I'm having a hell of a time getting the housing over the gears off....is it pressed on and i just need to heat and beat it with a hammer?
Anybody have a manual? Anybody know where to get a replacement gear set or a replacement rear end?
Before surgery - the quad was a 110 model with shaft drive.
Any help is appreciated.
