Default 2009 300cc blazer utv wont idle

does anyone no anything about the carb on this unit. it is fed by a electric fuel pump. it has electronic idle control. it has a slide in it like a throttle slide in a snomobile carb and it also has a butterfly throttle . well this is what i got i have had the machine two weeks and when you start it you have to roll it over several times in a series of three times to start it. now when it starts it wont idle then when it warms up it idles great. now last weekend it would not start and i thought the fuel pump was bad to i unhooked line to carb and cranked it over and pump was spitting fuel. i changed the fuel filter and put a much smaller one in that i had in the garage and the machine runs now but will not idle at all now even after its warm. i took the carb off took it apart and blew air through all the passages i could. i could not get the pin out of the float so i could not get that jet out. i did not remove any jets. i put it back together and it runs better but still does not idle. i took the idle control switch/sensor of and rang it out with my fluke meter and it read 18.4 ohms so seems to me that is good being that it dont read open loop or a short. i have no idea what controls that device i cannot find any information on the internet to help trouble shoot this problem. i have never had a machine that i cannot find info on to fix it other than this one. my 1st thought was to put a conventional or normal carb on it with no bells and whistles to see if it runs. when i had the carb apart it even has a accerator pump in it at least thats what i make of it. everytime i moved the throttle this would shoot gas into it. so the way i take it everytime you pump the peddle on this unit your shooting gas in the carb. can anyone help me with maybe a service manual on this machine or steer me in the right direction. also do these units have diff lock or is there a upgrade that can be done to give it diff lock. this one wheel peel and this very stiff suspension just kills the traction on this machine. i traded a grizzly and a beartracker four wheeler for this unit and iam so dissappointed. i got took on this deal and i cant do anything about it other then make it as much to my liking as possible.

thanks
jim
