Doesn't that have an oil cooler? Seems I've seen a few that did.

Wouldn't have anything to do with your pipes getting that hot. I'd check the fuel mixture.

Gonna be in front of the motor. This is from another quad, but should look something like a small radiator.

I don't know that yours has one, but if it's got fans and air cooled my guess is you have a cooler.

not really camera is broke theres two fans in a steel case kind of mounted to frame right in front of the motor about a foot away from the motor i don;t see anything where lines go into motor for a cooler would it be just the fans that keep it cool. i can;t seem to find a diagram of all the atv

The fans help cool the engine at low speeds and idle. I'd replace 'em. As for your pipe getting red, you need to clean out your spark arrestor screen, very soon! Mine (Marshin, very similar) has a bolt in the bottom of the muffler you take out. Then you plug the tail pipe and gun the motor a few times. You are essentially back flushing the spark arrestor. On my Yamaha, it has three allen bolts you take off the back of the muffler. The screen comes out with the tail pipe and you clean it by hand. Do this very soon! ( I killed a chainsaw a few years back this way) The back pressure from the exhaust will damage your engine! If you don't have a spark arrestor, your muffler is probably plugged up.
