I pulled all the threads out of the head on one of the bolts that holds the cover on the side of the head by hand.. when I say by hand, I mean no tools at all, I was turning the socket with my fingers and it just kept going and going. I pulled the bolt back out and it was filled with metal.. now I have an anoying oil leak that drops right on to the exhaust and stinks.

probably, but I dont feel comfortable doing that with the head on, in case shaving drop into the oil passages, and it isnt bad enough to justify pulling the head

my plan is to pull it off and use liquid gasket, there are still 2 bolts holding it so I think that will work

Default Chines tao tao ATV 125D IS NOT a 125 but a 110D

So genius here orders 125D Exhaust and Intake valves - only to discover that despite the !@#$$ badge 125 on my childs Atv -- it is actually 110 and that the valves I ordered online have the same specs as on the 125D and when i measured the piston mine = 52mm -- therfore more so a 110D
Ps My bent exhaust valve dimentions are (and not my dementia - measurment by the way) is 20mm round and stem is 65mm long -- therfore more so a 110D

Just a fyi and a heads up

some of the 125's had a 52.4x55.5 motor which is like ~120cc's, considered a 125

and from what I uderstand there are 2 head types for these e22 clone motors - small valve and big. I dont know that I would call it a 110 just because it has a small valve head.. I imagine a lot of them do.

Default Bore dimentions and true cc

Boost I was able to locate Bore dimentions. You might or anyone else might be able assist - in determining the cubic centimeters (CC 's). The form below is the bigger bore starting with as low as .25mm increase in size

I have to order a new cylinder Head as the wall/housing in which the valve stem runs is 2 hairline cracks.

Yeah thanks!!!! Boost you are correct about the different heads existing especially for the Tao Tao
I hope u are correct boost this was a weak wall or valve itself and not a stretched timing chain ....or sth else?????????

What can cause incorrect timing causing a valve to hit top of the piston and bending?
Assuming its not inferior / weak metal?
How to remedy?
